Worth knowing for our guests
Deposit
To make your booking binding, we ask you to transfer a share (between 20 and 50%, depending on the number of guests) of the booking amount as a down payment. We will gladly announce our bank details after the request has been made.
Short stays
Depending on the season, we have different minimum length of stay. Generally it is 3 days.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival you can move into the house from 14:00.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10am so we can start cleaning.
Payment
20 – 50% of the booking amount is to be paid in advance. Everything else we do locally. We do not accept credit or bank note cards.
Towel service
Towels, as well as cuddly sheets and blankets, are available and are washed by us.
Children
Children are welcome! The two galleries of the deluxe bedrooms are ideal for holidays with children. Additionally or alternatively we still have a children’s room with a bunk bed available.
Local tax
Local tax is included.
Cancellation policy
The retained deposit will be used as a cancellation fee.
